  • 'Chalk Our Walk' Welcomes Students Back to Christ the King

    On Tuesday, students at Christ the King were greeted with colourful chalk drawings and uplifting messages as they arrived for their first day of school.

    The artwork was created during the school's "Chalk Our Walk" event on Monday, where about 20 families spent the morning decorating the sidewalks and playground asphalt.

  • St. Clair Catholic Welcomes Children’s Treatment Centre as Program Partner for Autism Transitional Classroom

    The St. Clair Catholic District School Board and Children's Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent are 
    pleased to announce a new partnership that will help ensure students of all abilities have access to a 
    learning environment with the resources they need to grow and succeed. 

    Beginning in the 2026-27 school year, the Children's Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent will serve as the 
    program partner for St. Clair Catholic's Autism Transitional Classroom (ATC) at St. Angela Merici 
    Catholic School.

     

  • Ministry of Education Approves More Than $6.1M in Funding for St. John Fisher Catholic School Addition

    The Ministry of Education has approved more than $6.1 million in funding for an upgrade and expansion to St. John Fisher Catholic School in Forest.

    The $6,156,808 project includes a six-classroom addition to the school, the renovation and repurposing of two existing classrooms to expand child care programming, upgrades to a kindergarten classroom and construction of a new 13-space parking lot at St. John Fisher. The project will increase the school's capacity by 92 pupil places and add 18 new child care spaces.
