The Director of Education reports directly to the Board of Trustees and reviews with them, the success of the initiatives that have been undertaken. She also works in cooperation with Senior Administration in policy review and to ensure that the goals of the Strategic Plan are being achieved.

The Associate Director – Corporate Services is accountable for the effective fiscal management of the Board's financial resources. Portfolio responsibilities include overall leadership and direction of Corporate Services. The Associate Director – Corporate Services is also responsible for performing the duties of Treasurer of the Board.
