Future Irish, This Way! Explore, Experience, and Excel at the St. Patrick’s Grade 7/8 Open House

St. Patrick’s Catholic High School can’t wait to open its doors to all Grade 7 and 8 students and their families from across Lambton County at the Grade 7/8 Open House on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Experience the energy of Sarnia Lambton’s largest high school, where academic excellence, outstanding extracurriculars, and a faith-filled community create incredible opportunities for every learner.

The St. Pat’s Open House is designed for exploration.  Families can tour the school at their own pace, meet our dedicated educators and school leaders, and connect with the support staff who guide our students every step of the way.  You’ll also have the chance to speak with representatives from Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) programs, the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), and many community partners who can help guide future pathways in academics, skilled trades, and career‑focused learning.

St. Pat’s offers a range of courses that help students discover their interests and build their futures—from hands-on programs in aesthetics, healthcare technology, and communications technology to a wide selection of engaging electives.

Athletics thrive at St. Pat’s, with teams in wrestling, swimming, track and field, basketball, soccer, football, and more, supported by state-of-the-art facilities. The school’s size means more opportunities, more teams, and more ways to get involved.

Student life at St. Pat’s is equally dynamic. With hundreds of clubs, activities, and leadership opportunities, every student can find a place to belong. Whether it’s performing arts, student‑led initiatives, or community service projects like the beloved Irish Miracle food drive, the Fighting Irish spirit reaches far beyond the classroom.

“We’re excited to welcome our future Irish and show them all that St. Pat’s has to offer,” says Principal Daniella Mancusi.“With outstanding programs and an incredible, supportive community rooted deeply in Sarnia’s history, St. Pat’s is a place where every student can thrive, no matter which pathway they choose to explore.”

Join us on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and discover why St. Pat’s is the place where students learn, grow, and succeed.
