St. Patrick’s Graduates Celebrate a Milestone Built on Faith, Friendship and Excellence
On June 13, graduating students from St. Patrick’s Catholic High School crossed the stage and received their diplomas at Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
The graduating class included 324 students. While the ceremony marked an important academic milestone, the day also celebrated the students’ character and compassion.
“Every graduating class leaves its mark, but there was something unique about the Class of 2026,” St. Patrick’s principal Daniella Mancusi told students. “When someone was struggling, you noticed. When someone was hurting, you felt it. When someone succeeded, you celebrated as though it were your own accomplishment. You showed one another grace and respect, and you accompanied one another through the winding road of high school. That is what I will remember most about this class — the way you cared for each other.”
Valedictorian Hannah Rogers addressed her classmates, reflecting on their time at St. Patrick’s while also looking forward to the exciting journey ahead.
"Every time you look back, I hope you recognize your own efforts and the risks that pushed you forward — your risks in love, in hope and in perseverance,” Rogers said in her speech. “As we stand in between what has passed and what is coming, I encourage you now, more than ever, to take the risk.
“I think about my time here, and I think about all of us, together, at the same school, at the same time, and I realized that if we can create that much meaning at 18, imagine all of the life ahead of us."
Distinguished guests included Indigenous elder Cedric Isaac, Father Brian Jane, Director of Education Lisa Demers, and Superintendent Chris Kehoe.
“During your time here, you have shaped what it means to be Fighting Irish — a leader, a friend, and a person of faith and courage,” Kehoe told the students. “You’ve also helped define what it means to be Catholic in 2026: future-ready young people who believe, achieve, and accompany others with a deep desire to serve.”
The ceremony ended with students throwing their caps into the air to the applause and cheers of families, guardians and loved ones.
Congratulations to the St. Patrick’s High School Class of 2026!
