Who We Are
Project SEARCH Sarnia offers students with disabilities a total workplace immersion experience with the singular goal of competitive employment for every program graduate. A site strives to achieve that goal by creating an atmosphere of high expectations. Worldwide at 700 job sites, 80% of Project SEARCH graduates achieve employment, with over 70% meeting their strict criteria for competitive jobs!

STUDENTS CAN EARN UP TO 8 CREDITS AT PROJECT SEARCH
We can offer GLE, GLS and CO-OP credits to help you finish your diploma or certificate.
- Want to enter the workforce after high school?
- Can you finish your diploma by taking GLE, GLS and Co-op credits?
- Do you want to develop employability skills while working and learning at the YMCA?
- Are you 18 years old by the end of December 2026?
- Are you under the age of 21?
- Do you have an intellectual or other disability?
- Do you have the ability to take direction from supervisors?
- Do you have independent personal care and hygiene skills?
- Do you have a good attendance record?
