About Project SEARCH Chatham-Kent

Project SEARCH Chatham-Kent launches in September 2026. It is a partnership between the SCCDSB, YMCA and Insight Advantage. 

The program is housed at the YMCA of Chatham-Kent, located on 101 Courthouse Lane in Chatham.  Students enrolled in any publicly-funded Chatham-Kent schools are eligible to apply.  

Insight Advantage is the employment partner for Project SEARCH Chatham. Insight Advantage’s Employment Consultants work with the Project SEARCH team to help interns achieve success during their internships. They are dedicated to helping interns achieve employment and will continue to offer services after graduation from the program.
